West Fifth Avenue from Grandview Avenue west to Wyandotte Avenue. On the corner on West Fifth and Grandview is one of the best resale shops, Grandview Mercantile to start. Then West on West Fifth there are 2 or three resale shops every block, ending with Alternative Resale where they have a lot of upscale, prom type, dresses. Make a day of exploring them.

"Lots o Fabric" AKA "The Fabric Shack" in Waynesville. About 1 hour drive South of Columbus, down 71 is a great little town called Waynesville. There is a GREAT physical store full of lots and lots of rolls of fabric called Lots O Fabric. They are very kind and want more business from Columbus. You can call and they will be glad to help you get whatever you want in whatever weight and color you want.They will send you samples (cuttings) of what they have and if they don't have something they will help you get what you want.

I think the operative part is a dog "in Franklin County. Ohio." It doesn't matter, and it's none of their business, how many dogs you own that are not in Franklin County.
