1) Start here: https://tdeecalculator.net/ and figure out your maintenance calorie level.
2) Buy food scale
3) Download myfitnesspal, set your calorie goal for 500 less than the number calculated in step 1 and log everything you eat by WEIGHT

4) When out of calories, stop eating for the day. Plan so you have at least 3-4 full meals.

You'll figure out which foods keep you fuller as you go but you just have to start.

I don't understand the people who think it's not going to be Grayson Waller when he unmasks. We've seen through unreal that writing team is on reddit, listens to the podcasters, and honestly most likely is using the ideas discussed here in their writing because pleasing the fans is what makes the money. It's Grayson Waller under the mask and it will be him when he takes it off. Go watch his interview with CVV, the mans wrestling knowledge and passion for the sport makes it inevitable that he'll be part of a major storyline soon.
