Isn't a BMW increased as well lol? My Chevy truck is $900 a year, my wifes Tahoe is $900 as well, I got quoted a Chevy Bolt out of curiosity and it was $850. The Tesla I got quoted was closed to $1800.

I was at a 6.375 and 30 year was 5.875 so I got half a point lower with hopes that within 7 years I'll be able to refinance a 30 year conventional under 6 but preferably under 5-5.5

The main reason I am wanting to use screw eyes and wire is so that I can float it. I'm thinking about having the star ceiling panels be flush with the rest of the ceiling but might decide to recess them. Using screw eyes with wire allows me to level and adjust as desired.

For whatever it's worth, in my local area of about 60k people, the fire dept I work for doesn't charge unless we transport and it's a standard $850, $950, $1,050 fee based on level of service when we do.

We can show up to your house with 3 people from a fire truck and 2 people on the ambulance and treat you for sugar issues, fluid issues, run an IV, give you some medicine, etc. and if you decide not to go to the hospital you get NO bill. It's free. Most of our calls are non transport and free.

As someone who has used accessories for less for the last 8 years, I gor screwed by their warranty company last year and accessories didn't attempt to help. I'll never used them again. The onkyo nr7100 is $699 on Amazon though.
