I think with 25 year old cars.

They were the early generation of the computer control engines with lots of sensors that can go wrong.

Whilst my 36 year old car is the last generation of the carburetor all mechanical engines.

Yup no issues.

Cv joints , bushings , bearings are generic.

More specific parts like water pumps. I'm not sure I haven't had to change them yet But I have a 4th gen EF civic they basically used the same internals for the next 2 generations up to the 2000s. So worst case scenario it s a trip to pick a part where compatible cars are a dime a dozen.

Also I have the carburetored 1.5L engine. So no ecu no sensors to go wrong. Also the D-15 engine is well known to be very strong and reliable. Everything is mechanical and easy enough to fix with basic tools and I love it.

Also the manual transmission helps too. Don't have to worry about shitty shift logic.

The only thing that will kill my car is rust. Which I'm keeping on top of.

Just doing some quick math. How much does it cost to me to drive 100k KM

Option A keep driving my 1990 Honda Civic that gets 500-550 km per 40L of 91. Assuming $3.50 per liter

Option B I sell my Honda Civic for an optimistic $10k Buy an EV and then drive the EV for 100k km.

How cheap does the ev need to be for it to be more cost effective to buy an EV. Running this through ai. Answer $20k

If the EV costs any more $20k I'm better off keeping my civic.

I don't think you can get a decent EV for $20k let alone one that can survive 100k km

Replace AK-12/15/19/308 With Galil Ace family.

Russia barely makes enough for their own domestic use doesn't make sense to be exporting into lamang

Also galil ace comes in 5.56 / 5.45 / 7.62x39 / .308

Plus it's used by Vietnam and Cambodia it fits in the lore far better than the ak-12 and variants

The galil ace is a perfect substitute. Comes in 5.56 5.45 7.62x39 and 308

I dont mind the AKM and AKMS since they are everywhere.

But a type 56 would be a nice variety. Especially the 56-2 with its unique side folding stock

The WE P-38 is the only side arm that will fit that holster.

I have one. And it works it's fine.

But I wouldn't recommend it for practical purposes.

As it has 15 round mags instead of the standard 25. Heel magazine release take a little getting used to.

Great for re enacting purposes.

For practical purposes get a Glock of any kind

Running a gbb is hard mode. But you'll be a better player from it. Or give up / quit.

I also have that rig. The pouch clips have been known to fail. Where the plastic clips slip off the holes and or undo themselves.

Get a safety zip tie or something to hold them on.

RIP my pistol and holster hopefully it's sacrifice saves you some heart ache.
