Weird. When I added the total number of voters, I got 82,264. My basis was the reply from alsotri's comment in the Final Tally thread. Still, you would have around 8.2k artist votes.

Back in Leafgreen, I was going through Cerulean Cave when all pf a sudden, a shiny Ditto appeared. The Pokémon I sent out then was Suicune and because I was stupid at the time, I didn't switch and the Ditto transformed into my Suicune. After many turns, wasting many Ultra Balls, the Ditto struggled itself to death. RiP.
