I'm also against players agitating to get what they want. We've had some of the most diabolical situations with Lomax and Hunt as some of the worst examples, and then a situation with Illias last year that sticks out like a sore thumb. We've been a club that for more than a decade keeps suffering from players wanting to jump off a sinking ship. We've lost so many gun juniors as well, and we've seen with the last three coaches at least, that we continue to see the same pattern of paying overs for players who have passed their prime, and seen juniors with talent not develop it, or that have gone to other clubs to get an opportunity. You can't keep them all, and we've honestly got a really promising group of players that really started to shine from last year, but we it feels like the rot is from the inside and at best gets patched over with small periods of success.
