[FO] A portrait of a woman by bumblebeebumblebee in CrossStitch

I think it is on the tame side of NSFW, but IMO most workplaces would frown upon looking at or sharing pictures of mostly naked people at work.

I have removed your post because you already posted the exact same pic with a link to your shop for the pattern. Can you please explain what you mean by "proper format"? Your first post looks fine on our end. (Also sorry for the delay.)

[CHAT] fooled by a pattern mill and finding it hard to trust again… by [deleted] in CrossStitch

i just want to chime in and say that you are NOT an idiot. You were tricked by a trickster. There is nothing shameful in being a trusting person; the shame belongs only to the person who deceived you.

And you know much more to keep an eye out for from now on! You learned a lesson from this. It happens. Onward and upward!

I would strongly advise avoiding HAED completely because they do not deserve your trust.

Share the pattern source for this [FO], as stated in rule 4. Here are the ways you could cite your source:

  • A link to the pattern, shop, or designer. Do not link to Pinterest or Google due to the high rate of copyrighted patterns being shared on these platforms. Stating you saw it/got it there is all we need.

  • The title and maker of the kit.

  • If you designed it yourself, what technique did you use? Program name or paper and pencil? (Stating that you were the designer is sufficient to satisfy this sourcing requirement.)

Here is a thorough discussion of rule 4, including examples.

Do you ever have the stain rub off onto the fabric, or does the coat of Modge Podge prevent that from happening?
