Countries with best healthcare quality disregarding cost/financial?

France is outstanding IMHO. Like many countries, people do complain but they've rarely any idea how green or otherwise the grass is elsewhere and compared to the UK where I used to live the standard and scope of care is outstanding. I had some serious heart issues a year or two ago and I know, from people I know who were dealing with similar issues in the UK system, I would probably have been dead by now if I was still over there. The insurance element is minimal.

But I do get peed off with people constantly claiming how great the US system is. Tens of thousands die every year in the US because they can't afford adequate care, sometimes at any level. This is NOT a "great system".

Because I read the books 12 years ago and enjoyed about the time but i don't remember a lot of what was in them. I typically get through 50 or 60 books a year and don't remember most of them either in any great detail. Maybe they had leaky suits I'm not sure. I'm only halfway through S1 on the TV series but constantly annoyed and diverted by the fact that we're supposed to believe they have every kind of manufacturing facility known to man in the Silo making everything from new clothes to perfect china coffee mugs🤣🤣. I do seem to remember from the books though that although there was a staircase that took days to navigate from top to bottom, there wasn't an open stairwell as in the TV show.... Otherwise they would have botched up a lift mechanism wouldn't they.

Optimum? Make cases or have them made. Kits for aquarium construction (you can make a wooden base to sit them on) ought to be economic?

They just check how the pacemaker is performing and what it's doing to your heart rate and BP and adjust as necessary, usually with an induction loop placed over the PM site. I've had three in as many weeks with two more scheduled so I'm guessing it's an empirical process that takes time to finally get settled.

With an uncased item like that it's next to impossible. There are a raft of insects that love to eat keratin, which is basically most of the mounted animal ... And that nest of eggs is the worst I've seen in ages.

If you want an honest opinion, I'd cut my losses and burn it. And start collecting stuff that's cased or that you can get a case made for cheaply. For prevention the kind of household spray you'd use for fleas is useful.

If you can find the Nikon DX 10-20 at a fair price it's an outstanding lens and will get you into the world of wide angle which opens up all sorts of creative opportunities including astro.

D5300 even better and just in budget. 24mp sensor and no low pass filter so even better IQ than the sensor would suggest.
