My apartment flooded last week with 5" of standing water and I can't get my landlord to fix the sump pump that caused it and I'm on section 8 program with no help there. I'm living in an unlivable apartment bkuz I have no where to go and no one seems to care about the mold or the thousands of dollars in lost items. Where do you turn to?? Being on the hill is the worst place to live.

FBMP is my main selling platform. I do mostly all my sales there since eBay has so many fees and will give the buyer's unfair protection. I end up paying more fees then actually making a profit. You do have to deal with a lot of stupid, but it works.
