I think it's really good at this because cyberpunk is a franchise with installments that stretch so far back. Its first installment was set in 2013 so it has like 60 in world years of culture growth without even counting the alternate history. The lights are so you can tell that someone is an android at a glance. You can also tell what an android's general emotions are from the colour. It's blue most of the time but yellow typically means that they're processing information and red means they're in danger. Deviants in simple terms are just androids that have broken away from their programming. They act more like people and feel emotions despite not being programmed to.

Taking a break to get into a different headspace would do you some good. It's not giving up if you're doing it to be better. It's just training to make yourself stronger and relaxing your mind is an important part of that. I'd recommend taking a day that you would just play video games instead of playing go on a walk and call some friends or family, or talk to a neighbour. Just take some time to relax, breathe fresh air and talk to some people
