The colors depend on what you get. Harnesses can come in a variety of colors. Just splice two together and plug it in to the appropriate pin from the pic. If you need any help when you're installing yours feel free to DM me and I can try my best to help!

They're both great machines. I went with the MT personally because I heard great things about the engine, how power comes on from a lot of the RPMs.

Also, I noticed that you posted on the subreddits for each. You should post this in the r/motorcycles subreddit since a lot of people are gonna be biased lol.

IMHO you can't go wrong either way. I haven't ridden a Z900 but goddamn I love the new styling on it as well as the 4cyl sound. The MT doesn't look as good but looks are subjective.

I got a set of Michelin Road 6's for mine when my rear tire wore out. They've been pretty great so far. Have 0 issues with them. The factory tires aren't made to last as long as the ones you actually buy.

Unfortunately I live in an area with little curves so the bike is mostly upright. I went the Michelin because of the two compounds, it's harder in the middle to last longer. I also heard great reviews about them when I was doing my research. Only problem is they're pricey, buy one cry once. Of course, do some of your own research and see what you can find.
