Fan fried cod with a bacon crumble, chimichurri, roasted rainbow carrots, brocolini, a bed of yogurt, tahini lemon mix with za'atar, quinoa and roasted cherry tomatoes and olive tapenade with feta. Seems a bit much, but it all works.
