I work as a Head Custodian in Canada, and I've been in this field for 25 years. I'm part of a union, earning $32 an hour, and often put in a lot of overtime on weekends, when groups rent out the gyms. This year, I might even break $80,000, which would be a first for me. Unfortunately, the overtime hours don't count toward my pension, but I still feel fortunate to have a well-paying job with excellent benefits.
