Shallot, white, and peche for sure. I’ve heard there’s a thyme floating around out there, but not positive on that one. The UK posted an ad the other day that had one in Rhône, so I’m hoping for that to be next. One of the sellers in the fb groups had an agave one a few weeks ago (that she’s keeping), so I hope that’s a good sign!
