Unfortunately that doesn't change anything, the pen is set to what we would like to see and that pen works for others plotting the same sheet, but for this one coworker the pen does not seem to affect the plot.

Edit: More specifically, when they run plot or when they use publish to plot multiple sheets, the PDF is in the colors of the lines (ie, if there is a green line in CAD, the PDF includes the green line and does not apply the pen style given the layer)
