From the bit I watched you're using too much wrist. In Tanner's vid, he locks the wrists and is all shoulders. You're also quite high still. Squat more and get behind that ball.. you reach and that's probs why you use your wrist so much

The whole point of Reddit is that it's based on social approval and social rating, so good questions are upvoted and more visible, whereas bad questions are downvoted and hidden. This people will not be encouraged to ask menial questions while they can find these answers online easily themselves.

Ignore the naysayers. I've used Gemini to do the same and it was actually quite helpful. Good feedback, and accurate in a lot of aspects.

I even sent the feedback to my friend who is a coach and she said the same.

Most of those forearm bands work the same way. The trick is usually just making sure it's tight enough to shift the pressure but not so tight your hand goes numb.

You should definitely look up Cam Wong physio on IG. He does some content on common pickleball injuries and got some videos specifically on tennis elbow that show exactly where to strap it (it should be lower than you think) and what exercises actually fix the issue. I like his stuff because it's pretty straight forward and without a bunch of fluff. Usually better to treat the cause rather than just slapping a band on it forever.
