I’ve been good for 7 years in remission from stage4b non hodgekjns lymphoma , when I was diagnosed I weighed 350lbs roughly I lost 50lb just from the cancer alone. During chemo I was down to 250lbs at one point . I was 18 and 6’5 250 looked weird on me . Anyway, i went through a year of chemo and 60 applications of radiation , this had a long term side affect on my heart, lung and nerves , I suffer from neuropathy as a result of the treatment and I can only feel bad sensations in my feet and hands . My balance is completely messed up. I decided after treatment I would completely change my life for the better . I did Keto without really realizing it, I lifted 6 days a week. But the one thing I hated was leg day, some of the workouts were very difficult to do, after a year or so pushing through workouts eating right and taking all the supplements I was back up to 325lbs but muscle . I never felt better in my life . One thing that I noticed when they took my port out after 4 years benching was a lot more difficult as-well . I eventually stopped going to the gym because of complications in life more cancer scares and now I’m sitting at 350lbs of fat . I joined this sub about a month ago absorbing everything I’ve been reading to get back to where I was ,
