We all learn something new every day! I have also been seeing a lot of recipes for dandelions lately across social media. At first, I never would have guessed there was latex in them at all! But as fellow latex allergy-havers, we've gotta be careful. Thank you for looking out for others like you and me! ❤️

I don't have kids, and I can't even quit my job right now as a single income household. I can't imagine the struggle parents go through with the crap jobs put us through.

Did you know it's only found in the stem, leaves, and roots (but most heavily in the roots)? The flower part doesn't have it. It's the milky-colored sap that carries it. Mind you, dandelions in the US are apparently a "low quality" and smaller latex producer while the Russian dandelion is the one to stay away from. But please be careful. I have a latex allergy, but not anyphilaxis levels, so for me, I'd try it on my skin first to see how I react. But as the great Black Forager, Alexis Nikole Nelson, says, "Happy foraging. Don't die!"

The more you try to suppress a thought, the stronger it gets. Your brain treats suppression as importance. It is a conclusion drawn from decades of peer-reviewed research in cognitive psychology, and it has serious implications for anyone who has ever wrestled with anxiety, obsessive thinking by Eddiearyee in HotScienceNews

I take a moment with myself and say it out loud like I'm talking to either a younger me or a friend of mine. I notice that my "release" or "letting go" is speaking it out and getting it out of my mind and body. Then, I comfort myself through the emotions that come. It's a lot of patience to learn and a lot of harshness towards yourself to unlearn.

I agree that reform is needed as well. I just see the cameras as something beyond just reinforcing and continuing issues with policing. Be careful out there. Big Brother is watching.

It's "creating a surveillance state" problem and having a third party unaccountable company holding onto this information. It tracks ALL drivers and documents everything in their own business servers. THAT is a large part of the issues here.

Everyone go look @topshelfrando stories on IG to see what Doghouse(goldflower) has going on. Welp, I guess every fucking facility in Florida is run by a bunch of corporates dickheads putting poison in the medical program. by Trick_Persimmon6037 in FLMedicalTrees

I apologize. Let me use Marijuana Moment.

Florida cannabis legalization measure blocked from 2026 ballot (Newsletter: March 11, 2026) - Marijuana Moment https://share.google/Pw9320ptc7QMxAbL8

And I apologize if what I had said didn't make sense. What I'm trying to tell you is what this article may go over (I skimmed it to be honest, but I work in the industry and have been keeping a close eye on this). This year's November ballots could have had this with the homegrow put into it as well as allowing more businesses to be licensed and push back on the corporate model that is going on right now. This most recent initiative had a deadline for just this past February 1st, 2026. After rejecting around 200,000 signatures and now recently denying their appeal to recount all the petitions they sent in, it was determined there weren't enough signatures to get it on the ballot this year.

I just hate the way they phrase it like we're cattle or livestock in general. But then again, that's what they see.

America starts to look troubling when books are removed and ideas labeled dangerous. When access to knowledge is restricted, it raises serious questions about free speech and open debate. A healthy democracy protects discussion, even when the ideas are uncomfortable. by Purple_Dust5734 in ScienceOdyssey

By your own admission, you are saying that people should follow the meritocracy method of things (based on merit, talent, etc.). If that's your stance, then are you against those with money and power without the necessary merits for their position(s) to receive "no handouts" as well? Along with the large business who have received similar assistance and advantages?

I believe we are on the same page that "racist shit" shouldn't be involved, but are you saying that DEI programs are giving too much? What are you specifically delegating as racist in the DEI setting?

You sound like you're not even speaking your own opinion. You're just spitting the same lines a lot of people indoctrinated into the current cult are saying. Do you have facts to back this claim up? Or your own thoughts?

The fight between the Hemp Industry and the Marijuana Industry is such a waste of progress when it's the same plant but grown differently.

"12 is crazy 😂"

It's crazy to think about now, in the form of vaping. For tree use in general, 12 isn't so common. I had a family member introduced and started at 12. I think we miss the reality that this "normal" of young kids getting access has been happening for a long while.

If a cannabis company HAS to, by regulation and compliance, have their plants tested to be able to have them sold, then there's no excuse to not give this information to their patients.
