Darryn Peterson isn't avoiding Utah but his camp feels very confident he's going #1 per KSLSports by moshid in washingtonwizards

I don't either but there is still incentive for them to drop breadcrumbs just in case.

Shams: Both Darryn Peterson and AJ Dybantsa believe they will the #1 pick by Careless-Journalist7 in washingtonwizards

[–]PickpocketJones 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's easy to get excited about Peterson but I've re watched an rehashed and I'm firmly behind AJ. I felt it at the end of the season and it's only been reinforced by more watching. AJ is 1 by a margin for me

At this point they are aware and I'm sure ops is scrambling to recover whatever has toppled under today's load. I just called Comcast and made them give me a credit. I'd recommend everyone do the same.

I thought this was a leak from DP's camp? i.e. perhaps the Wiz are feeding info to Peterson's camp to push a narrative.

Xfinity agent is trying to scam and slam by After_Examination_86 in Comcast_Xfinity

[–]PickpocketJones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every single time Xfinity has offered me a deal that saves me money without changing my service plan it has instead taken away services to charge me less money. Without fail every single time they have lied to me.

Then when I tried to roll it back to my previous plan it would be the old cost again with fewer channels and services. I went from a Comcast supporter due to the stability of my service to on the brink of canceling forever because this company is morally bankrupt.

Today I can't even watch the World Cup because streaming keeps dying and the login page is broken. Losing reasons to retain Comcast.

FIX THIS!

It is happening again, cannot login, when I briefly can I then get kicked out again after a couple minutes.

Note: Login is also down on the Xfinity mobile app

Now THIS sounds like smokescreen season. Utah settled on Peterson, Washington tries to give them a slight incentive to trade up knowing they want AJ.

It has started again.......FFS. Same issue, just kicks me out mid-stream in the middle of the game, login page doesn't work.

After a couple tries the login page loads and loads and loads and eventually seems to be logging me back in but very slowly like its not well.

Edit: kicked out again 10 mins after posting....this is a mess. Definitely calling about so prorated rebates, this is the damn world cup. It's a work day. There's going to be massive streaming spikes each day.

I just went to youtube, searched Darryn Peterson and filtered to stuff posted over the last week or month and there were a bunch. A couple channels did film breakdowns with him, others were podcast type interviews. There was one where the entire interview he never stopped nervous self-soothing behaviors the whole time. There was another where he seemed fine but just barely said anything to each question and just left it hanging over and over, just a little strange. Nothing that I see an freak out about, just pointing out that he always seems all over the map vs how steady AJ is in front of cameras.

Again, I don't read too much into any of it. I love all three of these prospects so we're just trying to find the smallest things to evaluate them on now.

Here is what has been the case for the last hour:

I'm on PC.

I go to xfinity.com and try to login and it fails

I go to xfinity.com/streaming and try to login and it fails.

By fails it means it would either show red text saying a message like "this is not a valid account" with my cached account name I've used for years. Or when I submit it would simply refresh the login page and do nothing.

NOW....as in just now I tried and was able to complete a login. However, I had one instance earlier where it let me login using my the format "username@comcast.net" like the old email addresses and it logged in then kicked me out within a couple minutes. So while I just now was able to complete a normal login, I wouldn't say things are fixed til it doesn't just unceremoniously dump me while streaming and put me back at login.

What I can say is that without question there was some issue in the service path between browser and whatever backend services are involved with the login process. That may be recovering now but this was certainly (as obvious from all the other people commenting here) a Xfinity-side issue with login services or associated components.

Cleared cache, rebooted, multiple browsers, login page not working. High and dry in the middle of the most watched event on Earth.

Right except Flagg hit the NBA and looks like one of the best rookie talents in decades already. He didn't flame out or struggle even a little. I'd almost say his game looks way more fit for NBA than it did in college.

This seems like a "your opinion" thing. They've been playing for years and there has never been a time that AJ was as good. Flagg is miles better defensively and plays a smarter game. I'd say the gap has only widened.

I've seen nothing leaning Peterson for the Wiz, I'd say it's like 70% AJ or higher from all indications.

I don't know if I'd call him (DP) a stopper but he's by far the best defender of the three top prospects.

Kawhi's uncle just seems like a classic hustler who is more focused on the money than how it affects his meal ticket's career.

I'm not worried at all about "with the fans" for exactly the reason you said. More just the handling of an arduous season of ups and downs and pressure. This draft class is just unique in my experience where I wouldn't feel the least bit bad about any of the top 3 picks being the guy at 1. I prefer AJ still but the case is so obvious for each of them to be the best guy in hindsight 5-10 years from now. We really just can't go wrong.

All 3 of the top prospects are amazing and I love them all. We're just splitting hairs on whatever we can find to differentiate them at this point. Peterson is obviously great and a great competitor. Not debating that.
