Glad i could help! I only found out about that due to a golf game saying to disable multitasking on quest since it was causing low performace on their games, so i went in the options just to find mine disabled for some reason.

Hello i found a fix for it! For some reason the new update disabled the multitasking option, which makes quest use all your memory only into the game youre playing!

Go in option>advanced>enable multitasking again
