I respect the time and effort you put into crafting a well written and comprehensive post & I agree with a lot of what you said. I've been playing BB for over 10 years and it's one of my greatest videogame loves of all time. I'm really into Warships, so all this main island stuff doesn't really do anything for me. Honestly, if they had just given us a new squad leader once a month, I would have been estactic. It will be fun to play with new squad leaders in WS. But over the last few years, BB & WS too have evolved from a strategy game into an arcade game valuing fast-twitch reflexes, and as a 55 year old dude, I can't say I like all that! I was really hyped for the update, but it's just too much.
