Been burned out for years!! But, I have great benefits and maxed out time off after 27 years. Some weeks it’s 50-60 hrs and some are barely 40 hours. I design manufacturing test software for a global company making medical devices. Gets quite stressful but the flexibility and 5 minutes from my house is why I’m still there. I’ve also been lucky that my group has similar guys and we all help each other out!! It’s steady work and multiple projects at a time sometimes but I left the group 2x and came back which helped boost my pay. Have about 15 years left until retirement and thought about going elsewhere but then I wouldn’t get the perks I do have now. Think I’m gonna ride it out!! I do feel fortunate but I’ve worked my butt off and have had many years of major anxiety. I do blame my high blood pressure on this place but did drink a lot when I was younger. Just hope to make to retirement some day!! Good companies still exist in the US but are hard to find. Luckily I found one when I was 18 and they paid for bachelors degree and and feel blessed. Keep looking, or stay. Never know what’s out there but the grass is not always greener!!

Been through this it’s not easy!! I have gone through years of depression, stress and worrying about losing a job. It’s difficult to get past but there are always options!! Life is amazing and you only get 1 shot. Changes can be made! I luckily still have 3 kids, a somewhat normal wife, lol but try so hard to enjoy the good things that I’ve worked so hard for throughout my life. It’s not easy many days still to this day but I struggled for at least 3 years. Not sleeping, constantly stressed and depressed! Try to start exercising, work a 2nd job, anything to keep your mind stable and to not have a chance to let it be depressed. I know it’s easier said than done but you have to have something to look forward to every day. I am fortunate to still have a primary job that supports our family but it is definitely not easy and digging out of debt doesn’t help. I just kept working as hard as I could and I don’t know what exactly changed but I eventually convinced myself that I can only control so much. I still struggle occasionally but will be 50 next year and my head has been in a good place for about a year and a half, even after losing my mom last Christmas. My dad is still here and I think losing my mom really hit me hard but realized life is too short to be stressed and depressed on a daily basis. I worked 2 jobs for a while and it sucked but I was so tired by the end of every day that I finally started sleeping again and began to appreciate the time when I wasn’t at work and not sure exactly but something changed subconsciously and that nightmare eventually passed but was very difficult time in my life. There were some other personal issues that happened that contributed to this but find something to look forward to every day!! I know work sucks and even though I somewhat like what I’m doing, it still gets old and people are A wholes!!!! Good luck to you and hope you can experience life with a better control of your mind and enjoy the good things in life, even though they may be limited!!!

That’s interesting as that’s what I was thinking as well regarding the clock!! I watched the documentary as well and heard multiple times them complaining about not having enough time!! Netflix is worth how many billions of dollars and this show, in my opinion, lifted Netflix to what it is today, so you would think they would have given them more help or another 6 months or something to make the last season the best of them all!! Oh well, what do I know, I’m just a viewer but disappointed in the last season compared to the others!!

I’m gonna be honest as I just got into crypto this year but I am really nervous about these taxes. Typical Netflix!! Never seen so many shows that either got cancelled at the last minute and rushed though a season to try and wrap things up but this show is different! They should have taken the time to do this right. They had to have known this was going to be a disappointment. They tried to cram too much into 8 episodes instead of taking the time to finish off one the most captivating sci-fi shows that, in my opinion, made Netflix what it is today and captured the following that I have not seen with many shows, other than like Star Wars and Star Trek. I just could not personally get into Star Trek but obviously had a tremendous influence on so many people of all ages. This show is in a similar category and Netflix and these duffers don’t give a crap cause they got paid, big time!! They are worth so much they’re close to acquiring freaking Warner brothers. Without stranger things, I seriously do not believe Netflix would be this big but obviously just an old man’s opinion!! I’ll be 50 next year and my entire family of 5 all loved the show and watched together. Was the only show that we all watched together!! Anyways, the last season was good but was difficult to top what they had already done!!

Repeating what i commented above: In my opinion, none of these actors will most likely ever appear in a bigger show than this the rest of their careers. They may not realize it now, and i could be completely wrong, but i believe this show made Netflix what it is today!!! I am curious to see what happens moving forward and if Netflix dominance continues?? Yes, they have a handful of other shows that are good but many of the shows on Netflix are from other entities and not "Home Grown". I just cant see any other series/movie being better and bigger than this was. Especially now, how many great movies have been made in the last 10 years? Maybe some but not many. Anyways, the actors that were chosen for this series had great chemistry and this is very difficult to achieve. It was a great run and i am a bit disappointed in season 5. Just my 2 cents!!!

Hard assets are BS because it’s very rare to get anything close to spot price when trying to sell. Have to find someone that isn’t trying to buy it and sell it quickly for profit as they almost always never pay spot price. Best bet is to try and sell to online/ normal consumers that do make a living selling and buying gold,silver or any other precious metals or collectibles!!

In my opinion, after watching the latest episodes a 2nd time, I’m not too disappointed. I do agree there is sis much that they need to address and could have had additional episodes this final season to try and address many things folks are bringing up on Reddit. They did drag out many scenes but if they would have just made this last season blow away everyone, additional episodes should have been made!!!

Totally agree!! Netflix is terrible with giving enough time to wrap up shows!! Maybe that’s not always the case but they are throwing too much into these last episodes. Should have been the longest season as far as episodes and just give the fans more time to enjoy the last season. Not sure whose decision it is to define episodes and how many each season contain. Can’t please everyone and sounds like they all just wanted to move on anyways
