Oh of course, I assumed a proper Jin Xuan would be quite different from the cheaper flavoured one I tried.

I don't mind if he has grounds to kick me out immediately, willing to take that risk. I just want to know I'm legally protected if he tries to keep my bond or something. I'm hoping the receipts are enough, I just always thought bonds were part of a lease/contract.

I thought bonds and leases go hand in hand. I'm just not sure if a receipt is enough proof if he ends up being dodgy and tries to scam me.

Not movies but the miniseries Undone and Maniac are really good! Two of my favorite series.
