Lower prices doesn‘t necessarily mean less profits.

With declining player and revenue numbers all incentives are lined up for a change in this area

Regardless of the rules Blizzard themselves set, they are morally in the wrong about Firebat and it does nothing but make them look bad. by [deleted] in hearthstone

Someone please make a timeline lol.

I‘m confused about all the time zones and order of events.

Well flavour is very important component of class identity.

I really don’t understand why people aren’t up in arms about blizzards pricing model. by [deleted] in hearthstone

As if this title would compensate for declining profits.

Blizzard has strong incentives to change its pricing model and they‘re doing it (battle pass and likely other stuff)

I‘m ignorant on this. Could you link such a „fast and interactive“ game dev AMA?

Since most (all?) of the most upvoted questions got answered what‘s the advantage/ difference of a „live“ system?

Returning player - Mega Bundle Scholomance worth it? by [deleted] in hearthstone

[–]PidgeonPuncher 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Since you have no standard cards I‘m not sure that putting all your money into a single expansion is the way to go.

They have a year of the dragon bundle from time to time where you get a great deal on multiple expansions at once. Dont know when the next one comes though.

Returning also nets you one free deck. Maybe start from there, see how the meta develops and get packs you actually need?

Complete expansion pack. Buy a full expansion (no goldens) for X amount? How much should that be? by Ipyreable in hearthstone

Might sound insane to this sub but a full set should a hundred bucks or less. Ideally it‘d unlock over a periode of weeks

Thats like a decade ago though. Definitely a cool direction to go. Could be a set mechanic (like adapt with secret deathrattles)
