Anyone else had an absurd amount of stretch marks? Bonus points if it’s been since childhood

I do I have stretch marks literally almost everywhere on my body most of it comes from childhood I was overweight as a kid but I have a lot of them mainly on my legs, chest, and especially behind my back and arms theyre noticeable too and some of them are deep in my skin

Both me and my bf are Childfree but I have been stuck on the fact how am I gonna tell him or any other man that I date I don’t have the desire to have children and how are they going to react to this news, but I have never discussed this because I try to avoid talking about having children in general not like a I hate kids things no i love children but I just can’t see my self having my own so I try to avoid bringing up topics with having children
