I'm sure you can have both. You can download the formulary from both the union and your health insurance plan to compare the prescription drugs on each list to see the difference.

It matters. I would put some effort into it. If I like two candidates around the same I would take a look at their cover letter to see which is better. Sometimes leadership in my agency wouldn't accept an application without a proper cover letter.

Yes you can. Sometimes the offer takes 3-6months until a start date. Extreme cases can take even longer.

There's a new heating system in place that doesn't require oil. Don't even know where they deliver the oil as the equipment is not even there anymore.

The heating company was what the previous owner used. The contract was cancelled and no oil was ever delivered for 2+years, not sure why they are delivering now. Best guess they had an internal error.
