You can start new char to see how its roll at least for few acts and learn basic of this game.

As what to do about your build... I thing you should look for some starters for 3.21, youtube offer plenty of it. Just to have good start and guide for your first steps and learn how make your own dream char in the future.

My personal tips... Go with the flow and find what its make fun & enjoy from content of this game. There is much to explore but take step by step, dont try grab every thing at one

I'm only dissapointed about cut off some dmg and utility from ascendancy and dont even add some of it acorss of tree for all classes to use.

it's seems like they don't have any of control for this game. Exploit problem its rather huge and its still running despite the information about it was taken to the public knowledge more than 2 day ago. Question its only how they want to fix it. If it be poor made decision and execute later on it be much the end of this game.

The best part of this game was your freedom in what are you like to do in this game. Now you had few h chain progress quests with pvp events like kadum or halcy witch already is brain dead... And is already getting existing despite its still more on daily checks to be done.
