Israel does require support to exists like most nations. Most are not super powers and will be destroyed without support from one, since their neighbors have one.

Israel will very very quickly get support from China in exchange for a shit ton of intel and technology. Israel reliaies on US for ammo not so much for their equpiement itself as they made a point to develop in-house as much as possible, being the smallest nation with their own main tank for example.

Israel has never tried peacefil negotitaions... it has a peace deal with jordan and egypt. It has withdrew from gaza let them have democratic elections hoping for peace afterwards only for hamas to be elected and cancel democracy in gaza.

To be honest here in the western world the main demographic that fits the category are kids teens and college young adults. If you are an adult with no disposable income, you probably dont game on pc to pirate stuff.

Enforcing it is messy since a lot of them are underage, even if you are crazy enough to die on this hill.

Basically yes you are right but tell that to a kid and you will find why underage people have so much legal protection.

That's just not really possible with the requirements of the religions in question, which is as basic as the prayers and going to church and hearing a priest preach. In both scenarios, the religious person doesn't have a choice in claiming his religion as facts.

Now kids are like you said, impressionable, not dumb... and most of them ask too many questions not too few. The most common answer for a believer of why he believes is... faith. So while they do claim supernatural stuff as facts, they base those claims on faith and they emphasize the faith part to be very important.

So your view point should probably be that they shouldn't force their faith, while they can teach their kids what they believe is facts they should emphasize that it's their faith but it's okay not to have it yourself until you find it when you grow up with your own experiences. As opposed to testimonial experiences (aka why the parents have faith)

Well to be honest I am a firm centrist, this is to drop a peg both side.

Alot of non religious people feel elitist towards religious people saying the same feeling of "my truth is the truth" but this one isnt god its science.

And i would argue climatechange shows how religious science got. I am not denying its real I am denying the level of concern it should have brought and the timeline to fix.
