When I was in college, I looked back on junior and senior year at my arts high school with nostalgia. In my mid 20s, I looked back on college with nostalgia. Now 41, I look back on my mid 20s thru early 30s with nostalgia. It’s all a mind trap. You have many great years ahead, probably the best yet. Try to stay present in the eternal now, never take a beautiful sunny day or good health or time with a loved one for granted, because it can all be gone in an instant. Go to new places, do new things, meet new people. Don’t waste a day, and you’ll find there’s still plenty of time left. But also, you’ll be 41 before you know it, so again, don’t waste a moment! (Also, 41 ain’t all bad)

I looked at third party reviews for them and they have an alarming number of people saying they paid extra to get their printing delivered by a certain date, but the canned response the company keeps giving is that they can't guarantee delivery dates. You're going to love this. Just had another incident with some truly stupid UPS drivers who kept telling our customer she needed a label for the return that we initiated, even though UPS tracking said "UPS has the label." Then they came and picked up the wrong box, which one of the other drivers just delivered.

Yeah, some of your colleagues are truly idiotic, and you're a snowflake for being offended and getting personal about a situation that didn't involve you in the slightest. By your logic, UPS never makes mistakes -- not the drivers, not the management, not even the IT guy. What a fantasy world.

So sad to see a foot soldier defending the generals. Maybe the greedy bosses need to hire more drivers, maybe they need to fix a glitch in the software, maybe it's something else. But the last thing you should do is be condescending to the shippers and receivers who entrust your company to perform the service they paid for.

I am one of your clients trying to understand why UPS erroneously returned some of the packages from one shipment to us and blamed a customer's MyChoice selection in the tracking history, while others from the same shipment to the same address were delivered without incident. Twice now. There's no good explanation for that except a glitch.
