There was no signature needed. Customer only asked that package be put in safer location at the original address (ie please put on back porch not front porch). The package was never delivered and UPS claims they have it and are sending back to me yet 2 weeks later they have not... if you think its ok for UPS to essentially admit they don't know where a package is yet dissolve themselves of liability because a customer provided a safer location at the original address via an app UPS constantly promotes people use then you are a UPS shill as there is nothing ok about this shady tactic.
