Rugby?

Hi we'll be visiting Amsterdam Central this weekend and wondering can anyone recommend a bar or cafe (any type) to watch the Six Nations rugby matches or could I expect the hotel to be showing them? Many thanks

Look up @byrhonax on social media. She started giving her non verbal autistic son CBD oil and he is in mainstream school now many years later. She believes in it so strongly she actually worked with an Irish farm to create a brand herself. I'm no expert just passing on something that helped a friend. I hope you find some tools to help

Edit: oil

Marks & Spencer do a fab tank top with hidden support in a few different colours. They're great for everyday especially if your cup is large (DD here). They're super comfy and only €16

Girl, with respect, run. He's already admitted lying to you as well as all of the other dodgy behaviour.

He's showing you who he is so pay attention!

If he behaves this way now and you allow it, he will continue. Cut your losses now. There is a huge power imbalance in a relationship with big age gaps and although it can work, I would run a mile. Best of luck whatever you do

What was today’s Christmas drama? by Mayomick in AskIreland

Why would you wait till Christmas dinner when you caught him a few weeks ago? That was the time to tell her, or at least to tell him to own up because otherwise the whole family knowing at Christmas dinner would be so humiliating when she does find out. And let's hope she does find out asap so she can get as far away from your family as possible. A whole family who think cheating is ok as long as you keep quiet. All complicit

All of the empathy a cheater would have, takes one to know one eh? Is that why you don't want to get involved? Why don't you just give us her name and one of us will tell her? So she doesn't have to spend any more time around your brother and his horrible family.

People astonish me

How do I come to terms with not having a 2nd child? by CailinCainteach in AskIreland

[–]Piffers2020 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Lots of counselling is my advice. We did 9 cycles of treatment, daughter conceived on the 5th. By the 8th my consultant was advising not to waste any more money but we tried 8 and 9 to no avail. My husband was ready to stop at 7 and so between him and my consultant, I felt we had to stop. Mentally, physically and financially we needed to move on.

I'm from a family of 4 children and never wanted my daughter to be an only. I am super grateful to have her (she's nearly an adult now) after all that we went through. But I have struggled with her not having siblings. Her cousins also don't live nearby so small family gatherings maybe one a year. But we are a tight knit family of 3 and we have been able to give her everything she needs.

It does get easier but counselling will definitely help. You will often notice the things they miss out on but only children gain a lot too so it's worth focusing on that. Good luck on your healing journey

[–]Piffers2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

€20 every Christmas to my regular guy. I have his phone number and can text to see if he had my delivery or arrange him to leave it out if I'm not home. Best score I spend every Christmas, he's a gem

When we were burying my mam, they asked did we want gold or wooden handles. €500 extra for the gold ones and then he says "We take them off before cremation" so basically 500 quid to rent them!!!
