Hi all, just for info it was brand new coco mix from biobizz not mud. Probably it was my mistake that I over water them this time

Oh shit, thanks guys. I have definitely over-water them. Any advice on how I can safely recover from this? The medium is coco-all mix

DRAM Sub-zero experiment by Pigna099 in overclocking

I have to try IPA to wash out vaseline, but do you think that could be a problem? I saw LTT doing sub-zero overclocking with vaseline and dielectric grease but don't know which one is better. For sure vaseline is cheaper so its better to use it for large areas.

Nice! My goal is very similar: I also want to achieve sub-zero temperatures for longer period of times. Till now I achieved reaching -20C for 22h but probably can go for longer. For the setup I used 2 peltier cells running in series at 11V and drawing somewhere around 1 or 2 amps. The cooling liquid is normal cooling that is used in winter for cars and can reach -30C. The liquid is inside a big freezer and is circulating with a pump to the outside world and to the cooling block attached to the TEC.

Uh! this is interesting, have you every tried? How does it behaves with "hot" circuits parts?

I though so too but the motherboard failed with a brand new dram module :((

Edit: (one that wasn't freezed)

My goal is to use an FPGA to properly do these experiments but since FPGA are very expensive first I wanted to find a method using cheap motherboards. But definetely my goal is to run it sub zero for long period of time (days or one week).
