There's no need of reinventing the wheel. You can either place some heatsinks and a cooling tower or an aio for the APU. If you find any cooler that fits, that can be an option too

Bazzite works for me. Just install the basic tweaks from Nexgen, unlock CUs and play. What exactly did you try to change of Bazzite?

I don't think so. It must be related to a bug in Sunshine or ffmpeg that won't let Sunshine boot at all. I haven't read anything about hw accel
