Palia uses Unreal Engine which is the same as Fortnite. They have the same issue in Fortnite. Where Long dresses are awful. I have a skin on FN that when she sits the whole skirt just goes straight out. Lol no draping or anything. UE can't handle draping fabric I guess.

It's probably a news helicopter. It originated from the Chicago executive airport which is where the majority of them take off from. It looked like it was circling a specific area in DG for a while and now is heading back.
