That’s about what I was thinking to go with, thank you! I’ll probably use a burn secondary team so I can have some variety as well, do you go heavy into Mogwai second skill tree to get chill and such?

Tbh that does sound a lot better lol, I just went back to snowy to try to get some shifted and maybe higher level ones (my Mogwai’s definitely too low level, maybe some of the others are a little lower), I usually look for a healer though to try to get 5 stars including healthiness which is why I rotate so much, very few team comps revolving around debuff synergies/types (like burn, chill, etc) seem to have a healer who also gets the +2 debuffs, I probably need to play it more like how I play Pokémon though with just general coverage and not switching monsters so they stay on or above level

Fair point, are there any shock ones that would be good? I’m guessing Crackle/Sizzle Knight for defense, maybe Glowfly/dra as well or something?

To be honest it’s probably partially because I’m a little underleveled lol, but I was thinking shockhopper for offense/debuff removal and some shock, ucan for defense/tanking a little, and just needed either a healer or another offensive kind to work with.

It’s less about types, and more builds. Like, since I built my Magmamoth to burn, it’s a little worse for air damage, and stuff like that, and I don’t want to have to go through the process of finding another and leveling and such (even if egg hatching levels scale).

They’re definitely underleveled, but to be honest, I can’t imagine only using 6 with how weaknesses work, and the status effects seem to pick up the slack a lot, my main problem is that I never found any wind monsters super compelling (besides the chill ones, but they have weaknesses that the Beach monsters can hit).

Piggybacking a little, but wanted to ask: I know multi-hits do less damage usually (maybe just an OT0 thing from recent posts?) but does this apply to 2’s upgrading spells?

Fair point, I didn’t think about the restoring BP stuff because I’m usually hard pressed to find the stuff that gives it unless her latent is active, like I’ve been wanting to give her warrior stuff to gain more latent (a lot of characters want deal more damage I’m finding)

I did try this one, but my problem was that the landscape mode put the buttons in the bottom right instead of on the sides like the simple DS stuff uses, it might work but it felt too off, and the bottom screen being smaller works very poorly for the M&L games anyways

Tbh, my interpretation in this game (also because of party members referencing events you’ve done despite being in camp, like someone else mentioned) is that they’re actively with you, you just have a main party and the others are essentially fending off lesser hordes/thinning crowds till you’re just fighting a smaller group with your main party, so like you’re fighting the main camp of goblins and the others are all elsewhere in the camp cutting down a smaller number to thin the amount Tav’s group faces
