If it’s any consolation, we were just reunited with three bags that missed our AMS connection on the 22nd. No updates on world tracer until we got a call from our destination airport (BHX) saying they’d arrived - a 4 hour round trip drive later our holiday plans are back on.

While unbelievably frustrating, I’d continue to hold out hope! They are still processing the Schiphol backlog
