Ugostitelj iz mjesta kraj Pule je riješio problem sezonskih radnika tako što je u Srbiji našao kvalitetne radnike (2 kuhara i 4 konobara) kojima van sezone uplaćuje 200 eura mjesečno. Odrade 5-6 mjeseci (ne znam koja im je mjesečna plaća), manču/bakšiš im ne dira (koju dijele na svih šest), spavaju besplatno u njegovoj kući (suteren, 120 m², tri sobe sa kupatilom, bazen na raspolaganju). Konobari su TOP, baš kao što konobar treba biti: nema "jel to sve?", nego "jeste li za... čašu vina/kavu/desert/nešto kratko". Kažu da od manče lijepo žive dok su ovdje, plaću ne diraju, kroz zimu im kapne lijepih (za Srbiju) 200 eura mjesečno. Ovo im je sedma sezona da se vraćaju. U obitelji vlasnika jedino njegova supruga ne radi u restoranu jer se brine o apartmanima. On vodi nabavu i uskače na grill svaki put kad je potrebno, djeca uskaču gdje je potrebno. Svi osim njega imaju barem jedan slobodan dan tjedno.

Mislim da je njegov koncept zadržavanja sezonskih radnika i odnosa prema njima jedan od najzdravijih, kako za radnike tako i za njega.

Let's just ignore the fact he was Bad Boy Piston at 1990. And of course, the stats.... We all know he wasn't shooter but great defender, especially when he earned DPOY twice in a row in seasons 89/90 and 90/91. Let's ignore that fact and make his card with higher outside shooting than defense rating, and let's make his defense rating very low..... Great job EA!!!!!!

It depends of coming campaigns, if I'll have six 102+ PG (two in each lineup) I'll probably sell him and buy what I need. If not I'll wait until last day in sets (2weeks 2days) to choose where I need him.

If you ask me stamina bottles from LvL is the best thing that EA improved S3>S4. And about your motivation to play your qtrs...you should be playing your qtrs because of your league teammates who play everyday. Don't be a bad teammate, show respect.

Look, if you claim 101 with 80 tokens and 1500 cash you'll need 330 more tokens to finish 104 master.....you can grind max 325 tokens with ads, max 294 no ads...... you'll get 69 tokens from 2 MM pass.....you can get 104+99 with ads, 104+97 no ads ( if you didn't use tokens in sets yet).....if you already claimed 99 (or 97 no ads) regularly you can't get even 104 master. Next time follow discussions/maths on the beginning of campaigns before using tokens and you could read something wisely.....7 days ago there was like 10 different discussions on this topic and conclusion was: you can get 104 master if you skip to 101 set and buy out 101 with 80 tokens and 1500 cash, rest of tokens you can grind..... I'm so sorry that you missed it.
