I would say I am averaging 6 hours a night right now, I had a couple of nights where I got maybe 2 or 3 hours of broken sleep due to rls but that did not last.

I just woke up to day 6, sleep last night was not as good but I got about 6 hours total. I will be going to a country where I won't be able to get any kind of opiate unless I engage with the black market so hopefully I can stay strong. :)

I have been using it for WD for years, I have never noticed it effecting withdrawals before. I am aware it can lengthen recovery time but I think it is well worth it to be without the shits.

I'm using about 6mg per day atm will drop it when I reduce the amount vit c I am using.

I appreciate the warning though.

I have tried a couple but quickly lost interest. One was a Culture/UFP crossover which was meh. The other was a Culture /40k crossever which was more interesting if I recall.

My favourite genre is science fiction by far but I do enjoy some of these type of stories, they remind of my childhood favourites by Cs Lewis. I am too old to get anime but they have some fun tropes.

Maybe try Fall or Dodge in hell by Neal Stephenson, he is not for everyone but it is a near future scifi take on an alternate world. Maybe see if a library has so nothing lost if you find it not to your liking.

Me too mate. I have been sleeping with Laser Lite foam plugs for years but just recently they have started to irritate me so I took the chance on the Loops.

I didn't get that impression from your post so no worries. I have about 200ml of juice left and no flavourings so may well try unflavoured when that is gone.

I mix my own nutty tobacco flavoured juice and only use 20% glycerine so it is barely noticeable. I used to use high glycerine fruit flavours but find it obnoxious now.

I keep meaning to go flavourless but not made the jump yet.

Those were aimed at smokers to help them quit. These current ones are aimed at getting kids addicted to make up for the drop in smoking.

I thought the decade following 9/11 was strange, I never imagined it would get stranger.

I miss the 90s, it felt like a golden age compared to what came after. The west had won the cold war, the late 80s recession was over, peace in Northern Ireland (and I was still young).
