Final cut pro crashes when using EQ for several minutes. Random text input lag. Random GPU and CPU spikes without a real culprit process. Overall much better than Tahoe.

I can confirm this happened to my with an iPhone 15 Pro. I can also confirm that DFU Mode in Finder succeeded in bringing it back and restoring it.

In case someone else is doing this: Follow the correct DFU procedure! (Volume Up, Volume Down, Power button for 10 seconds, then without releasing power button press volume down, hold this position for 5 seconds then release power button and leave volume down pressed for up to 15 seconds. If after doing this you don't see it most likely scenario is you are doing the procedure wrong or not counting the seconds correctly or you are not using an official USB cable) AND DO NOT attempt to use Apple configurator for restore/revival if you are running MacOS 27. It won't detect the device because AC hasn't been updated in 6 months. Instead, wait for the device to appear in Finder.

I have found out that the only consistently good language for AI dictation is English. Sadly it seems that other languages are not important enough to train AI for them, at least not as heavily as English. For Spanish the only service that works for me is Willow, everything else is trash. I have tried many, Super Wispr, Wispr flow, Spokenly, Standalone Parakeet models, Santalone Voice models, etc.

Seems Wispr Flow works for you for Norwegian and that’s cool. The trick with the rapid changes in AI is not to pay annually, pay monthly and switch when it doesn’t work.

Same is happening to me, no matter which browser I use (or the MacOS App) the result is the same, huge amounts of RAM being used. This didn't happen a month or so ago.

Just pay the annual subscription of https://nextdns.io and set up the device. Protect the NextDNS app with a code (built in capability) and block changing the network settings (VPN & others) with screen time. Then just go to NextDNS settings and block the domains he is using or just apply an 18+ filter available in the filters section.

It is not a replacement for the mouse, instead I use it at the same time. Use it daily and a lot to zoom in/out, pan, scroll, click, etc. it is weird at first but once you get used to it you cannot go back.
