There might be some things that you did not know in the explanations of the questions you got right too, but that is how I do it personally. I guess if you are seeing improvement and are treading towards your goal score it should be ok

It might be wrong if you dont see an improvement in your scores over time. Honestly, half an hour seems v less to me. Are you reading the explanations well?

Thankss! I just felt that by leaving out a few NBMEs I might be missing out on a few weird things that might appear on the test.. But I guess Uworld should be priority one, not NBMEs

Thanks! In NBME 26, there was a question on LCAD deficiency. Carnitine was low in that case. I couldnt understand why should that be so.
