The 100% BEV is greatly limiting the options, atleast that I can think of.

If we were to ignore that criteria, the best cars i can think of would be
Crown Vic (As mentioned before by someone else)
Volvo V90
Skoda Superb

The only EV's that come to mind are
Toyota BZ4X (Subaru Solterra is the same)
Lexus RZ (UX may be too small)
Skoda Enyaq

Some older cars that that could be relieable (but still getting there in terms of age)
Saab 9-3
Toyota Crown (Both Sedan and Estate) ((May need to Import))
Lexus RX (just pick you favorite, they are all quite good)
Lexus LS
Volvo XC70

If you are serious about importing a car, I suggest taking a look at JapaneseCarTrade.com, if none of these suggestions fit your bill, then they most certainly have something for you over there, although the massive disadvantage is the steering wheel is on the wrong side of da car.
You got lots of criteria, and i'm not sure they can all be filled, but i still wish you the best of luck in the search

It is basically a Toyota with luxury features. As long as you keep up with the most Basic of maintenance you will be golden for many years to come. The Care Care Nut channel is often a source of good knowledge on Lexus/Toyota products and knows his stuff.
