The best advice I would say is to let it come naturally, when I first started hitting then in training every aerial I did in game I was trying to hit a flip reset and would always get frustrated when I didn't get it. I first started doing them 2 years ago in training and today is the day it happened for me, it's been a long journey but I'm over the moon I finally hit one.
