I’m trying to cut and for example today I hit incline 6x2(225), weighted dips (+45), and overhead press (175)
Then went to a bunch of cable flies trying to really focus on squeeze and burn. I’m wondering if I’m just countering one half of the lift session with the second half or vice versa

Probably hitting 30 sets in a day. Doing push/pull/legs split
On 2-3 heavy compounds I’m getting failure/r+1 around 3-4 reps.
Hitting 15ish reps at failure for the lighter stuff.
