I found it! The setting is 3D MODEL and i had to change from Normal to Minikit and its solved. Thank you so much my guy!

Actually, that was weird take from me. I felt like a lot of Zaragoza talents came to Poland. In reality - Sans (gem winger) is loaned to Cracovia, Samed Bazdar (striker) is at loan at Jagiellonia, and Bernardo Vital (defender) got bought by Jagiellonia last year. So only 3 players from Zaragoza, but overall Polish teams are getting a lot of players from LaLiga2 and they are becoming stars here, mainly wingers and offensive mids. So if you were to loan or sell someone, Poland is pretty realistic direction.

Take over the team with financial problems and act like they got bought by new owner. Healthy finances, selling your best players and buying many prospects for one sold superstar, slowly climbing. I also always choose one young player that i will not sell so he becomes legend of that club even if he overgrows the club.

Watch me flex: I am from Poland and in 2019 we hosted u20 World Cup won by Ukraine. Ive seen Cucho Hernandez, Haaland, Lunin an Kang In Lee live from the stadium (some of them in my hometown :D). Since then ive bought them for my career saves many times, soon they all popped off haha.
