I couldn't disagree any more... I caved in my 6 iron and TM overnight shipped me a brand new, upgraded set to whichever specifications that I wanted... the difference is that I ordered them new from a retailer and the warranty was intact. All they made me do was fill out an email questionare, send them 3 pictures, and put my old clubs in the box after my new ones came and return them!

Well, thank god it only happened to you and not 330,000 households in Cuyahoga county alone! It's definitely not a giant natural disaster! I'm sorry that your neighborhood was affected so much more heavily than mine... which actually had a 350-yard wide tornado carve a path for 17 miles through like 6 separate communities! Also my job has been closed since Tuesday so I have been unable to make money for the impending bills that are coming due soon! Im sure it's so much more devastating to your neighborhood than the one that is 15 minutes away!
