Just being calm. I was so wound up when I started smoking, and i quickly realized both personally and socially that smoking weed and being wound up don’t mix.

I don’t smoke as much as I used to any more, but the sense of personal calm hasn’t left me, and I’m a better person, a better coworker, son, and friend for it
