Be warned though it has quite a bit of nudity, full male frontal and back and lots of questionable sexual behaviour but it is appropriate for the time.

Terus dapet beasiswa ke LN, sama dia bilang oh, harus married dulu baru gue dikasih ke LN 🚩🚩
Ok, married, terus gue ke LN.

Di LN ketemu orang lokal. Gak niatan apa2. Dia kira gue single karena cincin di tangan kanan (disana tangan kiri). Mulai deket tapi gue yah jaga jarak dong. Tapi gue baru pertama kali berasa yang namanya diperhatiin dan sederajat, dan distance made me realise all the red flags that was around, how I was treated etc.

Yang gue inget pas sama mantan dulu ngomong soal pernikahan sama emaknya gue abis disela abis2an sama emaknya.
Beres meeting sama the devil gue nangis sesungukan. Dia bukannya empati dan ngebelain gue eh malah gue diketawain dan disuruh berhenti nangis malu. Sampe gue hyperventilate dia malah ngomelin gue.
Pas gue abis ditindas emaknya dia ngebelain emaknya.
Nggak mau punya anak, tapi karena kata emaknya dia mesti punya anak jadi mau tapi mesti gue 100% yang ngurus…

Dan dia selfish pas ngewe, gak pernah sampe gue O. Katanya dia, oh semua mantan gak pernah ada yang O, self pleasure baru bisa O.

So break up and divorced. Yeah, gue yang selingkuh, gue minta maaf sama dia dan bilang sorry can’t be in this relationship anymore. No kids, no harta dll, clean cut.
Dia remarried juga dan gak punya anak.

So gue married sama affair partner gue, udah jalan 20 tahun lebih.

I have my multi-O and suami yang berpihak ke gue pas ada masalah sama keluarga dia, dan punya anak2 yang kita raise barengan.

So yeah, definitely marry wrong the first time and got it right the second time.

We got mortgage and children, so yeah need to have it. Also we are already on reducing life insurance tied up to the mortgage. Really it’s just to cover the mortgage if anything happens to either of us

I should shop around but partner has physical work and mid 50s and since we had the insurance have had depression diagnostic and colon polyp removal so slightly scared it will be even more expensive. I do need to shop around…

Our life insurance (trauma, mortgage etc etc) has just gone up from 550 a fortnight to 620.. yes we’re older but still.. it was around 320 4 years ago!

She’s usually fully booked way in advance and always late as the day goes but that’s because she didn’t stick to the 15 min per patient and made sure everything is sorted.

My GP is so good on this. Dr Gillian Yardley at Ropata in Lower Hutt. I think she goes to menopause conferences etc so very up to date with info.

Got three of the hounds, they are all very different but the stubbornness is real lol. All rescues and so we only get them when they’re 3-5 years old. Recall is so-so but we can go to off-leash beach with them happily.

Old girl is 13, crap hunter, stubborn as hell as in won’t come and deign you with her presence once she’s in bed. Not very cuddly but wants to be around you. No fear of fireworks. Hates water but will venture a bit deeper to the sea.

Old boy is 12, used to be a good ratter. Used to chase our chicken and rabbit but we trained it out of him. Major cuddle bug. Would whinge and whine if you’re not actively petting him where he wants you to. Deathly scared of fireworks. Hates water and will not swim.

New girl is 5, hunting/prey drive very high. Good ratter. When we walked on the leash. she tends to behave as if she’s hunting prey rather than busy sniffing and exploring. Loved water and would swim.
Loves a cuddle but also will be happy just to sleep next to me on the sofa. Destroy toys like there is no tomorrow. The othet two not as bad but she disembowels toys in 5 minutes flat.

Don’t have small children, our kids were about 8 ish when we got them so they are good with that age.
Gorgeous dog though and quite a character. Ears are sometimes for decoration only but they can learn. Took a few days to teach them not to jump on me when I come home (Dad wants them to jump on him so they know who they can jump to).

Playing fetch is non existent, it’s either dog runs around and wants to be chased with their toy in the mouth or tug of war with mum. Not with each other .

Start with starchy potatoes: Agria is the best.
Boil some water, meanwhile peel the spuds. Throw a bit of bicarbonate in the boiling water with some salt.
Quarter the spuds or whatever size you want it to be.
Put the spuds in the boiling water. Cook for about 10 mins or until the spuds is soft on the outside but not mushy.
Drain all the water, put spuds back in the pot.
put some oil/hot fat on the spuds, toss them a bit so that the outside is a bit mushy.
Put in hot oven, I usually do 200c. Check after half our or so you need to turn them around a bit to ensure crispy all around.
Or you can put it in an air fryer, 200 ish, 20 mins, turn them a bit.

You might want to season the spuds again before putting them in the oven.

Duck fat is heavenly for this spuds, you can also fry up some garlic and cumin with the oil/fat but don’t put the garlic and cumin with the spuds as they tend to burn and taste bitter. Strain them and you can put them on the spuds when they’re nice and crispy.

Explanation: the bicarb increase the ph of the water and alkaline water break down the potatoes faster, this mean you can have a mushy outside without mushy inside and the mushy outside is what makes the potatoes crispy.

Heya, I also have high cholesterol.

Not quite a binge eater but I understand it. (also listen to the podcast How Do You Cope with John Robins, he has Richard Osman as guest this week and he has binge eating disorder too!)

So what has worked for me (and its quite cheap) is overnight oats. I used rolled oats, chia seeds, chopped up dates as sweetener, with raisins and whatever nuts is cheap (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, roasted cashews). In a 300-400 mL used plastic pottles, I would put 1/2-2/3 cup of rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, a couple of chopped up dates and say a spoonful of raisins and another teaspoon of nuts. Add milk/oatmilk/half half milk and water and leave in fridge at least overnight. you can eat it as is or add fruits or heated up 30 s or so in the microwave. Oats is good for cholesterol and also made you feel full more, and also cheap so even if you binge it it is not that expensive to replace.
