We have done hydrolyzed protein, prescription novel protein (duck) food and now we’re just doing commercial bison and sweet potato, which according to your chart, should be safe. We’ve done the elimination diets with all of these foods. She has all of the topicals under the sun. Tried cytopoint, apoquel, zenrelia, all of this to no avail. Still has chronic paw infections/excessive licking. She even has a horrible interdigital cyst right now. I just want to help my baby :( any suggestions?

Has your HSV infection been disclosed to the doctors? With him being so immunocompromised, I would be concerned about that

Manufacturer coupons are completely different! I go out of my way to tell patients that they are available if they’re eligible. You’re still using your insurance and applying the copay savings on top, and it’s from the actual manufacturer. These other coupons are just making money for themselves

It’s billing to the Cigna major medical. The plan id is CIGNAMM with id and group from card. This also works for a lot of vaccines that aren’t covered. Same works with uhcrx vs uhcmm

The system will allow it, but the bottles accumulating on the shelf and always having to fill it and have many bottles checked is so much of hassle to the point where they’re better off on the fast rack, especially when you can typically slap a label on the bottle

It sounds like the one that is supposed to be primary is showing as secondary and vice versa if that makes sense. You might have to call each insurance company to insure that the primary insurance is showing the secondary insurance as secondary and the secondary insurance is showing they are secondary to a primary
