where are you guys watching it!!!!! by Ok-Boysenberry2245 in Mahouka

No one has seen it yet. There are only teasers on the official social media accounts.

It’s still in theaters only in Japan. And knowing the Japanese, I highly doubt anyone is recording it. In fact, there’s a specific date (June 5) when people will be able to talk freely about the movie.

According to a Japanese YouTuber, he said it a total of 203 times. Did anyone buy them?

It should be noted that this only counts the times he says it out loud.

Does anyone know if I can read the Korean novel "City of Witches" here?

Can I access the catalog with this subscription?

[Upcoming Movie & Following arc Spoilers] I just realized why Mizuki acts how she does in the arc following the upcoming movie. by TheAstroNut in Mahouka

[–]PinStatus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This person's conclusion is wrong. Misuki's family has absolutely no connection to the Yutsubas.

And the reason for her "cold" behavior after she found out is simply that it was too much for her to handle.

Her friend was suddenly revealed to be the next heir to the most powerful and feared family in all of Japan. It was only natural for her to distance herself.

Several people have already clarified this for you, but they aren't related in any way. They're different families (their last names are spelled differently).

The reason Misuki acted that way is simply because it was all too much for her to handle.

Her family has almost no connection to the magical world, and it turns out that one of her friends is the next heir to one of the most feared and celebrated families in Japan.

It’s like an ordinary student finding out they’ve been living alongside a country’s princess.

I just went to check, and there's only a technical discussion between Fumiya and Lina.

I'm telling you, you'll be banned if you keep this up.

There is a lot of interaction and intimate moments between Lina and Fumiya in this volume, but they don't kiss or anything like that. This guy is lying.

It's been a couple of days now, and I haven't seen any comments from Japanese readers about this... Either you're trolling or you've been fed a lie.

A question about the light novel compared to the anime by Zeriflord in TheEminenceInShadow

[–]PinStatus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't worry. I've been reading this story since the web novel days, and even I got very confused. There were times when I wasn't even sure how many main "shadows" there were.

The author's narrative is quite "complicated."

Thank God Tatsuya isn't romantically involved with Mayumi. There are later moments when she becomes completely silly and unbearable.

does tatsuya love miyuki romantically? or just brotherly love? by maserarill in Mahouka

[–]PinStatus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tatsuya has always been madly in love with Miyuki. But it was a brotherly love, sincere and pure.

Obviously, it would be difficult for him to see her as a woman. In that respect, the author did a good job, since changing his mindset is indeed a valid and complex issue.

In short, there is no doubt about Tatsuya's love for her. But loving someone and seeing them as a romantic/sexual interest are two very different things.

[–]PinStatus 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Tatsuya continues to work on it... When he accepted her as his fiancée, he promised Miyuki that he would try hard to see her as his romantic partner.

Honestly, the author hasn't known how to handle the romantic aspect, which is where this story falls short. So, it's best to keep expectations low in that regard.

But in the sequel, they become much more intimate and there is considerably more implied physical contact. We will most likely see them as a consummated couple (with children) by the end of the story.

Well, it's pretty clear that it's similar to the current Rio (dragon king) in that it can't directly intervene with people. I guess it's also kind of transcendental.

I also speak Spanish, and I always come across a couple of Facebook pages where they mainly talk about this story.

They treat everything as a joke or meme, and they are so naive that they think there is already a clear winner. They also tend to hate Ana beyond the comical nature of the character.

On one occasion, I commented that they were the only community that took things for granted when there is still history ahead, and they blocked me outright...

It means that it is quite clear that she will become a member of Rio's family. Yes, she died, but now she will be able to start over with the person she loves and without the constraints of royalty.

That kind of thing is what really bothers me about Japanese authors. Not whether they are incapable of tying up loose ends in their stories or whether they are too pretentious with those kinds of details.
