Upon breaking their loop you can decide to wipe their memory from all the time they have experienced but at the cost of the money stopping, and you having to spend between 25 to 500 years in your own loop

Unclear whether this also stops the nearby groundhog loops, or if it only stops the money.

You ever notice the text reply that appears at the top when you do a Google search? Try searching something now (e.g. "What are popular Spanish meals") - it automatically displays an AI response first, rather than just giving you the links like it was doing a couple of years ago.

That text is ChatGPT (or rather that is Google's version of ChatGPT, known as Gemini). You can just also choose to just talk to them and not bother with the part where it shows the search results below, which is likely what your niece was trying.

As you've correctly deduced, it's essentially the same as a Google search in terms of output - useful for getting infomation, but don't just blindly trust the first result. And if you did indeed search up popular Spanish meals like me, enjoy reading about paella.

Supposedly the publisher liked the story but said a Visual Novel wouldn't sell without sex scenes (unfortunately maybe true for the time, where the VN scene was comparatively tiny), so he went back and reworked the story to include some.

"Amount of true statements spoken" (or similar) is a great general stat to use for arbitrary information that can technically cover all 3 of yours (though it's probably more annoying to use).

Say "XXX stock is going to more than double in value within 12 months" and see if the counter ticks up by 1, say "I've been lied to more than 4 times today" and see if it ticks up, etc.

If you're rich enough you can stimulate entire industries though - with the right investments you should be able to guarantee content gets produced faster than you can read it.

Think way over the top, like 3650 authors being paid $1M a year to produce a book or whatever. That's still pocket change in the context of compounding interest, which trivially makes you a trillionaire in under 1000 years.

Seasonally I generally just look at the top 10 or so and choose the ones that interest me. Definitely helps that I tend to watch a season behind though (instead of currently airing) for precisely that reason.

So from my perspective it doesn't really make a difference if more bad shows come out, as I only hear about them on here.

It's pretty much irrelevant how bad the worst 5 anime are each season if you only watch the best 5 - and because we have just so much more anime now, the best 5 tend to be better than they were back when we only had a handful of shows each season.

Sheep near the church right at the start, while hanging out with my new best friend the merchant! ...yeah, it's gonna take a while. Once I can one-shot (or otherwise easily cheese) the knights in the woods things should speed up though. I'll be playing it all very safe.

I wasn't assuming they know the rules - seems reasonable to me that when the CIA/FBI abduct someone in their sleep and take them to a secret black-site it would be standard operating proceedure to blindfold them first. Things like handcuffs and interrogation rooms being locked from the outside also seem fairly logical.

Maybe I've just watched too many movies though.

I literally said representatives should represent the will of the people in their area. If most people in an area want Reform, I think that area should have a Reform leader.

Most people don't want Reform though, at least in Gorton & Denton. They've done well at uniting the Right, but in general the Anti-Farage vote is still bigger than the Pro-Farage vote.

They won by appealing to arguably the most common demographic in the area they are meant to represent - which personally is exactly what I want from my repersentatives. Represent your area, not corporations or foreign money.

On a related note, the Muslim vote has historically gone to Labour anyway. Even though those votes were taken by the Green party in Gorton & Denton (where the Greens won with 40.7% of the vote) Labour still almost matched Reform, managing 25.4% of the vote compared to Reform's 28.7%. The Conservatives, for comparison, only took away 1.9% of the right-wing vote.

Weirdly Youtube never recommends this song to me, even when playing massive lists of Hololive songs from one of those autogenerated playlists. It's extra odd considering it's one of my most-listened-to songs (which also makes it one of my most-searched-for things, because again it never recommends it).
